Software Proficiency:Skilled inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and sometimes Acrobat.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of print processes, color modes (CMYK vs RGB), and file formats.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to fixing layout issues, typography, and image resolution.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.

• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.

prepares, edits, and finalizes artwork for print and digital production, acting as the bridge between creative design and final output.

File Preparation: Preparing and checking customer artwork to ensure it is print-ready.

Production Layouts: Creating, editing, and formatting layouts for books, packaging, brochures, and promotional materials.

Technical Editing: Performing color correction, image enhancement, retouching, and resizing.

Formatting & Finalization: Managing image bleeding, imposition, and die-cut requirements.

Quality Check: Ensuring final outputs meet design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
