Requirements
- Minimum Diploma; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational skills; able to maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management and reporting
- Prior experience in admin support or affiliate/KOL coordination is a plus
- Outgoing and confident liaising with a wide range of KOLs
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team in liaising with KOLs and Marketing Partners.
- Monitor, filter, and follow up on KOLs’ progress and outcomes.
- Support filing and upload latest data to excel sheet
- Support ad hoc task assign by marketing team member
- Attend offline event and live session when necessary
