Full Time E-commerce Executive (Shopee / Tiktok / SQL) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Milanos Trading WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, retail, wholesale or a related field is preferred.

• Experience handling Shopee and/or TikTok Shop is highly preferred.

• Experience with TikTok Ads or e-commerce advertising will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of SQL Accounting System will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of sales invoices, payment receipts and customer payment records.

• Good computer skills and comfortable working with online platforms.

• Responsible, careful and well-organised.

• Must be detail-oriented, especially when handling orders, payments and stock.

• Able to work independently and complete daily tasks on time.

• Willing to learn and able to adapt quickly.

• Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and the candidate's ability to independently handle Shopee, TikTok and daily e-commerce operations.

• Working Schedule: 6 days per week

E-Commerce & Order Fulfilment

• Handle daily Shopee and TikTok Shop orders.

• Print airway bills, picking lists and packing lists.

• Pick, pack and arrange orders for shipment.

• Ensure all orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.

• Update and maintain product listings, prices and promotions when required.

TikTok & Online Advertising

• Assist in managing TikTok Shop operations.

• Set up and monitor TikTok Ads / Product Ads.

• Monitor basic advertising performance such as sales, spending and ROAS.

• Assist in running promotions and campaigns to improve online sales.

• Coordinate with the team on new product launches and promotional activities.
  

Wholesale & SQL Accounting

• Handle walk-in and wholesale customer orders at the shop.

• Prepare Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders and Packing Lists using SQL Accounting System.

• Ensure product quantities, prices and customer details are entered correctly.

• Coordinate wholesale orders and order preparation.
  

Payment & Receipt Records

• Record payments received from wholesale customers.

• Issue and maintain payment receipts and payment records.

• Update customer payment and outstanding balance records.

• Ensure sales and payment documents are properly filed and recorded.
  

Stock & General Administration

• Assist with stock checking and inventory records.

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and sales documents.

• Assist with other daily e-commerce, wholesale and administrative duties when required.
