1–2 years of experience in a Sales Representative or Sales Consultant role, preferably in the dental, medical, or healthcare supply industry.

Good knowledge of dental products, equipment, and industry practices, or the ability to learn quickly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships with clients.

Results-driven and able to consistently achieve sales targets.

Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating well with the team.

Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or Cantonese would be an added advantage.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the dental industry across assigned territories or client segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Present and demonstrate dental products and solutions to prospective and existing clients.

Explain product features, benefits, and competitive advantages clearly.

Prepare sales proposals and quotations based on client needs and budgets.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions while maintaining company profitability.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM systems.

Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Work closely with logistics, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
