Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Must be a valid Registered Nurse (RN).

Fresh graduates with a Diploma in Nursing are welcome to apply.

Relevant nursing experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Good understanding of basic patient care and nursing procedures.

Able to monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs accurately.

Knowledge of medication administration and basic wound care.

Able to respond calmly and appropriately in emergency situations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Caring, responsible, and able to work well with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Willingness to work full-time onsite in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia.

Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being.

Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and established protocols, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.

Perform comprehensive medical assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and review of patient history, to identify health problems and inform treatment decisions.

Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, medication management, and preventive care strategies to empower them in managing their health.

Respond effectively to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in accordance with facility policies and legal requirements.

Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Perform wound care procedures, including cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring for signs of infection, to promote healing and prevent complications.

Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing.
