• Prepare invoices, Sales Orders & Delivery Orders using AutoCount
• Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, messages & phone calls
• Process and follow up on customer orders
• Provide daily support to the Sales Team
Responsibilities
• Experience in FMCG / Food Distribution is preferred
• Familiar with AutoCount is an advantage
• Good communication & customer service skills
• Responsible, organized & detail-oriented
