• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills.

• Able to use Microsoft Office / Google Sheets is an advantage.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

• Willing to learn and adapt to production work.

• Experience in production, QC or packaging is an advantage.

• Able to work overtime (OT) when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle order smoothly according to customer requirements.

• Inspect finished products & ensure quality.

• Assist in folding, labeling, packaging, and delivery preparation.

• Support the production team and cover tasks when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness & safety in the workspace.

• Prepare orders according to order specifications.

• Check order details and ensure the correct quantity, size, and items are prepared.

• Update and manage order records accurately.
