• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Organized and detail-oriented in handling customer data (CRM).

• Willing to meet customers outside the office when required.

• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, WhatsApp Business).

• Experience in sales or customer service, minimum 2 years.

• Positive attitude, proactive, and results-oriented.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle hardcore sales including follow-ups, closing, and upselling.

• Manage and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records.

• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.

• Prepare quotations, confirmations, and sales-related documents.

• Arrange and attend customer meetings when required.

• Provide backend sales support to the sales and operations team.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders to the operations team.

• Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.

WORKING HOUR

Monday - Friday : 9am - 6pm

Saturday : 9am - 1.30pm
