Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field.
- Tea industry experience is not required.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data and numbers.
Responsibilities
- Analyse sales data and identify insights and opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate festive promotions, including pricing and in-store execution.
- Support new product launches, from product samples to final rollout.
- Coordinate with retail stores, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up closely on tasks and resolve issues until completion.
