Kelayakan
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with full or partial professional qualifications such as MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA, or CPA Australia are encouraged to apply.
Possess 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, audit, finance, or a related area.
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Demonstrate strong capabilities in data analysis, report writing, and computer applications.
Highly motivated, proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
Able to work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of handling responsibilities independently in a dynamic, high-pressure, and deadline-driven environment.
Tanggungjawab
Manage and support medium to large-scale audit engagements, covering the entire process from initial planning to final completion.
Take part in special, ad-hoc, and other audit-related assignments as required.
Communicate and coordinate directly with clients and relevant external parties to address audit matters and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate closely with engagement team members and audit leaders to ensure smooth execution of audit work.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members when necessary.
Assess existing processes and controls, identify potential areas for improvement, and deliver practical, value-added recommendations to clients.
