Education: Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), RFQ management, supplier PO processing, and inventory allocation.

Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of shipping procedures, lead-time management, delivery schedules, and accounts receivable (AR) order tracking.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, cross-departmental coordination, communication, and analytical skills for KPI reporting and process improvement.

Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and manage customer claims.

Liaise with Sales, Shipping, Suppliers, and Accounts teams on order status, delivery, and AR matters.

Manage RFQs, supplier POs, inventory allocation, and lead-time updates.

Monitor delivery schedules, expedite shipments, and resolve operational issues.

Support process improvements, KPI reporting, and team training activities.
