• We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Field & Recovery Officer to manage overdue accounts through field visits, customer engagement, payment recovery, and account verification. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently in the field to achieve assigned recovery targets.

• Conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Engage customers professionally to understand their payment situation and secure repayment commitments.

• Negotiate suitable settlement plans and payment arrangements in line with company policies.

• Deliver collection notices, reminders, and other relevant documents to customers.

• Conduct skip tracing activities to locate customers who are difficult to contact or whose whereabouts are unknown.

• Assist with asset recovery and repossession activities in accordance with established procedures and applicable legal requirements.

• Monitor assigned accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions to maximise recovery.

• Consistently achieve monthly field collection and recovery targets.

• Submit accurate daily field visit reports to the Field & Recovery Specialist, including the outcome and status of each visit.

• Update customer and case information in real time through the field operations system/mobile application.

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment commitments, and recovery actions.

• Handle customer interactions professionally while maintaining a firm but respectful approach.

• Ensure all field collection and recovery activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and applicable codes of conduct.

• Perform other duties related to field collection and recovery as assigned by Management.
