We are seeking an experienced Casino Manager to oversee casino operations onboard an international cruise ship. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing slots, table games and cage operations while maintaining professional service and operational standards.

This is a shipboard position. Applicants must be prepared to live and work onboard throughout the contract and follow the vessel’s operational schedule.

• Open to Malaysian and Singaporean applicants only.

• Minimum of 2 years of casino management experience.

• Previous shipboard experience is required.

• Extensive knowledge of slots, table games and cage operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic shipboard environment.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Final selection is subject to the cruise line’s assessment and operational requirements.

• Oversee the daily operation of the onboard casino.

• Manage slots, table games and casino cage operations.

• Lead and supervise casino employees across all operational areas.

• Ensure gaming activities are conducted according to established procedures and internal controls.

• Monitor operational standards, team performance and guest service.

• Provide guidance, coaching and support to casino employees.

• Handle guest enquiries, concerns and gaming-related disputes professionally.

• Monitor casino transactions, operational records and required reports.

• Identify and report gaming irregularities, security concerns or operational issues.

• Support the training and performance development of the casino team.

• Maintain an organised, professional and welcoming casino environment onboard.
