Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline ; candidates with ACCA certification will have an added advantage.

Have more than 5 years of relevant professional experience in the accounting or finance field.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCount, and Xeersoft accounting systems .

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia , with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills .

Demonstrate a positive and proactive mindset , with a strong willingness to collaborate with others and continuously develop professional knowledge and skills.

Prepare and review accurate financial reports, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities to ensure timely and reliable financial reporting.

Collaborate closely with the Group Financial Controller on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning across the group of companies.

Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements and oversee reporting related to intercompany transactions and balances.

Support tax planning and compliance activities , ensuring timely submissions and adherence to applicable tax regulations and audit requirements.

Monitor, maintain, and enhance internal control procedures to ensure proper compliance and protect the company’s financial resources and assets.

Provide coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing to junior accounting team members to support their professional development and improve overall team performance.
