Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent

Preferably at least 3 years of working experience is required.

Preferably candidates specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Proficient in MS Office applications with MS Excel, Word, outlook skills.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions.

Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and board presentations.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring efficient cash flow management and vendor relations.

Conduct cost accounting analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets, providing financial insights and support.

Support the Chief Financial Officer in strategic financial planning, risk management, and investment analysis.

Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with all relevant tax regulations.

Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.

Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
