We are seeking an experienced Asst Casino Manager to support casino operations onboard an international cruise ship. The successful candidate will assist with overseeing table games operations, supervising the casino team and maintaining professional operational and guest-service standards.

This is a shipboard position. Applicants must be prepared to live and work onboard throughout the contract and follow the vessel’s operational schedule.

• Open to Malaysian and Singaporean applicants only.

• At least 1 year of casino operations experience.

• Previous shipboard experience is required.

• Strong knowledge of table games operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong supervisory, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic shipboard environment.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Final selection is subject to the cruise line’s assessment and operational requirements.

• Assist with overseeing daily casino operations onboard the cruise ship.

• Support the Casino Manager in managing table games and casino-floor activities.

• Supervise casino employees and provide operational guidance when required.

• Ensure gaming activities are conducted according to established procedures and internal controls.

• Monitor table games operations, team performance and guest service standards.

• Handle guest enquiries, concerns and gaming-related disputes professionally.

• Assist with coaching and supporting the performance development of casino employees.

• Identify and report gaming irregularities, security concerns or operational issues.

• Support the completion of casino records, operational reports and shift handovers.

• Help maintain an organised, professional and welcoming casino environment onboard.
