Basic knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening is an advantage.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Punctual and maintain good attendance.

Willing to learn and assist with general garden maintenance.

Prior experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not compulsory.

Able to standby for Public Holiday/ Peak season

Assist in the daily care and maintenance of a diverse range of plants and flowers within the greenhouse and retail space, including watering, fertilizing, and general upkeep.

Support the horticultural team in planting, propagating, and transplanting various plant species, ensuring optimal growing conditions.

Perform routine tasks such as pruning, trimming, and deadheading to maintain plant health, shape, and aesthetic appeal.

Monitor plants for signs of pests and diseases, and assist in implementing appropriate treatment and control measures under supervision.

Help with the organization and management of inventory, including receiving new stock, labeling, and ensuring proper storage of supplies and materials.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the greenhouse, work areas, and display spaces, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.

Assist customers with inquiries about plant care, product availability, and basic horticultural advice, providing friendly and helpful service.

Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean, in good working order, and stored safely.
