Full Time Internal Stock Count Associate Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in BilaBila Retail Selangor - Maukerja

At least SPM/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience in retail, inventory control, or warehouse operations is a plus.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Able to travel to multiple outlets as needed.

Good with numbers and basic reporting (Excel or Google Sheets).

Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic internal stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) at retail outlets and warehouse.

Verify physical stock against system records (POS and backend system).

Identify and investigate stock variances, report discrepancies, and escalate significant issues to management.

Assist with root cause analysis on stock shrinkage, expired goods, or misplacement.

Update stock count reports and ensure proper documentation of findings.

Collaborate with store teams and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth counting activities.

Adhere to stock counting SOPs and implement best practices in inventory control.

Recommend process improvements for more efficient stock handling and accuracy.

Support inventory audits and stock-related compliance checks.
