Hybrid F&B Operation Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Wild Cat Restaurant WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Experiences: 2-3 years of experience in F&B Operations and Multi-unit management.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, coordination and execution skills

• Good understanding of restaurant performance (Sales, P&L, food cost, labour cost)

• Must be hands-on and actively involved in outlet operations, including on-site supports at outlets

• Able to work closely with outlet teams to maintain SOP compliance, operational consistency, and service standards.

• Willing to travel between outlets regularly for observation, implementation and operational supports.

• Work Location: Hybrid - No 17, Jalan Dagang SD 2/1G, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200, K.L.

Role overview

We are a F&B business currently undergoing a transformation from traditional restaurant operation towards a more structured, standardized and scalable business model.

Reporting directly to management, you will play a key role in this transformation by helping to develop and implement SOPs, operational systems, performance standards and improvement initiatives across multiple outlets. You will also support ongoing operational development and future business expansion.

Operations Management:

• Support day-to-day operations across multiple outlets to improve services and operation's efficiency, consistency, and quality.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOP and Checklists.

• Monitor outlet's performance indicator along with management and implement improvement actions.

• Coordinates and implements new products, promotions, operational system and company initiatives across outlets.

• Ensure outlets comply with food safety and hygiene requirements, company policies.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve inventory control, wastage management across outlets.

• Identify operational gaps, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Oversees repair and maintenance work for all outlets.

• Evaluate and Identify training needs for all outlet teams

• Support ad-hoc operational, business improvement project assigned by management.
