Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM

  • English required (Mandarin is an advantage)

  • Fresh grads welcome (training provided)

  • Willing to work rotational shifts & off days

  • 9-hour shift (inclusive 1-hour break)

  • Based in Ara Damansara

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls for customer enquiries, complaints & feedback

  • Provide accurate information and excellent customer service

  • Work with team to meet KPI & SLA
