• Working hour: 2 shifts (rotational) | 6 working days & 1 off day per week

• FOH: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-service oriented, presentable, team player.

• BOH: Culinary experience or food preparation training, knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, able to work in fast-paced kitchen environments.

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Notes:

• Candidates applying for FOH will focus on customer service and front-line interactions.

• Candidates applying for BOH will focus on food preparation and kitchen operations.

Front of House (FOH):

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Take orders, handle payments, and provide accurate information on menu items.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.

• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.

• Represent the brand professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Back of House (BOH) / Culinary:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards.

• Assist in inventory management and stock preparation.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and quality control.
