Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

• Human Resource Management

• Business Administration

• Business Management

• Psychology

• Industrial Relations

• Or any related discipline.

Minimum internship duration of 3 months (6 months preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employee documentation.

Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring HR documentation is properly filed and updated.

Support attendance, leave, and HR system administration.

Assist in coordinating training programmes, staff engagement activities, and company events.

Prepare HR reports, presentations, and administrative documents.

Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance and employee information.

Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.

Coordinate with various departments on HR-related matters.

Perform other HR administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
