• Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.

• Prior working experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) outlet operations is preferred.

• Ability to speak and write Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Self-disciplined and self-driven, with a willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills to support outlet operations.

• Possess own transportation.

• Willing to travel and rotate between locations when required, including warehouse support.

• We are looking for a Tea Barista to be primarily based at Bing Chun (TF Mart Cheras)

• Lot G07 & G08, TF Value-Mart Taman Connaught, Lot 11811, Jalan Cheras, Taman Connaught, 56000 Kuala Lumpur.

• The selected candidate is expected to understand and carry out all tasks related to the daily operation of a food and beverage outlet, including:

• Perform duties at the highest operational standards to ensure consistent product quality and excellent customer service.

• Prepare and brew beverages according to Bing Chun’s in-house recipes.

• Manage outlet inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels to meet daily sales demands.

• Handle all payment transactions, including cash, card, and e-wallet payments, ensuring accuracy with no missing payments and safe-keeping of cash received.

• Ensure full compliance with outlet operation guidelines at all times.

• Deliver the best customer experience, professionally handling customer feedback, issues, and complaints.

• Monitor and maintain outlet cleanliness, appearance, and equipment; arrange for maintenance when necessary.

• Participate in all operational processes, including beverage preparation, cashier duties, and any other outlet-related tasks.

• Support and rotate to nearby warehouse operations when required, including assisting with stock handling, inventory management, and basic operational tasks.
