Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Good knowledge with Malaysian labor laws and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
Proficient in Microsoft Offices and hands on experience with system.
Able to work in fast paced environment independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Arrange and coordinate internal and external training programs, maintain training records, and monitor training effectiveness.
Handle HRD Corp (HRDF) grant applications, claims submission, and ensure full compliance with HRD Corp guidelines.
Assist in general HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining updated employee files.
Coordinate to handle staff disciplinary issue and implement fluent HR system
Develop and update HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the Management.
