Full Time Product Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Multihexa Selangor - Maukerja

·       Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.

·       Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in product management, brand management, merchandising, sales support, trade marketing, or a similar role.

·       Experience in supplier and brand coordination, preferably within the distribution, retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or related industry.

·       Strong understanding of product assortment, SKU management, pricing, inventory, shipment coordination, and product lifecycle management.

·       Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and product performance data and provide meaningful recommendations.

1. Brand & Supplier Coordination

• Support the management of assigned supplier brands and maintain regular communication with suppliers.

• Coordinate product information, pricing updates, launch schedules, and promotional activities with suppliers.

• Ensure product details, images, and marketing materials are updated and communicated internally.

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for supplier meetings and business reviews.

2. Product Range Management

• Assist in product assortment planning based on sales performance and market requirements.

• Maintain product master data, SKU information, and pricing records.

• Monitor product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions and discontinuations.

• Support product range reviews and recommend improvements based on sales analysis.

3. Shipment & Inventory Coordination

• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with suppliers, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely product availability.

• Track inventory levels and identify potential stock shortages or excess inventory.

• Assist in preparing demand forecasts and replenishment plans.

• Support inventory management initiatives to optimize stock levels.

4. Sales Support

• Provide product information, specifications, and selling points to support sales activities.

• Assist sales teams with product-related enquiries and customer requirements.

• Prepare product performance reports and sales analysis.

• Support the implementation of product initiatives across different sales channels.

5. Trade Marketing Support

• Coordinate with the Trade Marketing team on product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

• Assist in preparing product materials, promotional information, and campaign assets.

• Support the execution of in-store and online marketing activities.

• Ensure product information is accurately communicated across all channels.

6. Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

• Compile and analyze sales, inventory, and product performance data.

• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Identify opportunities for product improvements and category growth.
