Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive / Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in workshop operations, with supervisory experience being an advantage.

Possess technical knowledge in maintenance, repair, or operation of equipment/workshop.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Able to plan work schedules and manage resources effectively.

Understand safety procedures and quality standards.

Able to work under pressure and solve problems well.

Oversee overall workshop operations including work scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

Ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and comply with established quality standards and deadlines.

Monitor workshop performance and implement improvement measures to enhance productivity.

Conduct quality control through regular inspections of completed work.

Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

Manage workshop equipment, tools, and materials to ensure they are in good condition and sufficient.

Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate supply of materials and spare parts.

Prepare regular reports on operations, performance, and resource utilization for management review.
