• Secondary school education or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a bakery or pastry environment.

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Assist bakers in preparing dough, batters, and fillings according to recipes and quality standards.

• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately for various baked goods.

• Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.

• Monitor baking processes to ensure products are cooked properly and meet specifications.

• Decorate and finish baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and breads.

• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation of ingredients and finished products.
