Ready to work on-site in Bandar Sunway and travel when required.

Keep every student application moving, from the first enquiry to university submission and enrolment. 

Check documents, entry requirements and prior learning details. Accuracy matters.

Stay connected with university PICs, admissions teams and internal teams through email and group chats. 

Make sure important application updates and university policies reach the right people at the right time. 

Track every application and follow up on pending actions so nothing gets stuck in the pipeline.

Monitor EMGS visa progress and follow up with universities when needed. 

Keep student records, timelines and daily admin work neat, updated and organised.

Pitch in on other admin and operational tasks to help the team keep things running smoothly.

Keep applications, records and deadlines on track, while juggling multiple student applications without missing the details.
