Requirements
- Educational qualification : Minimum SPM (pass) or equivalent requirements.
- Working Experience : Minimum 1 Year in call center environment has added advantage.
- Willing and able to work on shift (Day / Night).
- Fresh graduates without experience but eager to learn are welcome.
- No working experience is required, training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to incoming customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information, solutions, and support with courteous telephone etiquette.
- Record customer details and issues correctly in the system.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company with integrity at all times.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management in support of service excellence.
- Meet productivity goals (such as talk time and log-in time) while maintaining excellent service quality.
