Full Time Safety and Health Officer (SHO) - Production Operation Jobs, in Oceancare Corporation Sarawak - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Lead HSSE initiatives, campaigns, and safety programs (JOBS, Major Housekeeping, Joint Safety Tours).
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and daily site HSE surveillance.
• Oversee and review Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Job Risk Assessments (JRAs), and USUA registers.
• Facilitate HSSE briefings, safety training, REX sharing, committee meetings, and emergency drills.
• Maintain training matrices, safety audits, and drive compliance with company safety rules ("12 Golden Rules" and "Our Lives First" rituals).

What we're looking for

• Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering, Science, or OHS/Environmental discipline, plus a valid DOSH Malaysia Safety and Health Officer (SHO) registration.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in oil & gas OHS roles, covering production operations, construction, EPCIC, or turnarounds.
• Skills: Strong expertise in OSH regulations, offshore safety practices, leadership, and cross-functional communication.
