Able to work independently and solve maintenance problems.

Valid driving licence.

Willing to travel throughout Peninsular Malaysia and occasionally work after hours.

Reliable and responsible.

Carry out plumbing, electrical maintenance and general repairs at our shops.

Assist with furniture installation and minor renovations when needed.

Arrange specialist contractors for repairs when required.

Purchase approved materials and spare parts.

Keep receipts and simple maintenance records, including photographs.
