Diploma in Pharmacy or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical dispensing procedures and regulations.

Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Assist customers with over-the-counter medication inquiries and product selection.

Maintain accurate patient records and prescription files.

Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceutical products.

Process insurance claims and payments.

Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with patients.
