Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and individual performance, providing regular guidance, coaching, and support

Drive sales growth and revenue performance through effective sales planning, performance tracking, promotions, and customer retention strategies

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Maintain high standards of service quality, outlet presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism
