Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to coordinate site activities and support the execution of ACMV, HVAC, and M&E projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision and Coordination

• Monitor daily site activities, work progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Attend site meetings, resolve site-related issues, and provide progress updates.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

2. Project Planning and Documentation

• Interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, work programmes, method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, photographs, and relevant project documentation.
• Assist with progress claims, variation orders, and procurement coordination.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ACMV, HVAC, or M&E construction projects.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites.
• Willing to work overtime or weekends when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
