Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Renewable Energy Engineering, Solar PV
Technology.

Good interpersonal skill, fluent in English, MSO 365, proficiency in engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, Homer, MATLAB, or equivalent modeling software).

Strong grasp of renewable energy technologies (Solar PV, Wind, BESS, etc.)

Strong experiences more than 10 years with electrical grid interconnection standards, substation design, and power flow principles.

Strategic Planning and Monitoring in Performance Project
1. Develop and manage in the technical design, layout,
and configuration of renewable energy systems (e.g: PV arrays, inverter stations, or
battery storage systems).

2. Perform preliminary technical and economic feasibility studies, product/system assessment, site assessments, design verification/validation and energy yield simulations.

3. Manage departmental activities to achieve corporate
target
Project Management & Execution

1. Plan appropriate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with overall project timelines.

2.Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and assist in cost-control measures.

3. Review contractor submittals, equipment selections, and technical proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements.

4. Testing & troubleshoot technical issues on-site and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve bottlenecks swiftly.

Control and monitoring of departmental target and activities

1. Formulate policies and design appropriate
technical, engineering and renewal energy system
procedures, control, database and reporting
mechanism to regulate departmental activities

2. Manage plan activities and cost within approved
target

3. Scrutinize and resolve issues in periodical*
management reports, forecasts and analysis

Documentation & Reporting

1. Prepare regular progress reports, technical memos, and documentation for management.

2. Maintain comprehensive project archives, including as-built drawings, test reports, and operation manuals.

ISO and TQM

Systems and Internal Control – develop appropriate systems, procedures and control

5S and Autonomous Maintenance

Effective maintenance of 5S and AM in own area and group area

ESG Initiative and Compliance

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
