Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate all MEP subcontractor technical submissions, shop drawings, material submissions for compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and design intent
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and BIM team to resolve any technical issues, design discrepancies, RFIs, and interface conflicts
Provide technical support and recommendations to project teams on M&E engineering matters
Manage and monitor the submission status ensuring timely approvals and authority clearances, and support testing and commissioning processes as required
Maintain proper records and registers of all submissions, approvals, and technical correspondences
Monitor progress of M&E works and identify potential delays or constraints affecting project delivery
Coordinate with project teams to ensure M&E activities are aligned with the overall construction schedule
Ensure M&E works comply with project specifications, approved method statements, and applicable codes and standards
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
