Full Time SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in MULTI GRADED INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Perak - Maukerja

• Assisting the HOD/ the Management in the development and implementation/ improvement of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Coordinating and overseeing employee onboarding, training and development programmes.
• Handling employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Participating in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory laws and regulations.
• Providing HR administrative support, such as processing payroll.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues.
• Any tasks assigned by the Management.

Pay: From RM3,800.00 per month
