Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Logistics Operations Executive to support daily logistics operations and personally carry out deliveries and collections across Singapore.
This is a hands-on role. Driving, delivery, loading and unloading form a regular and substantial part of the job. Weekend and evening/night work are required according to the work roster.
Key Responsibilities
Personally drive assigned vehicles to deliver and collect goods across Singapore.
Load, unload, sort and handle goods safely at collection and delivery locations.
Check the quantity and condition of goods against delivery documents.
Plan daily delivery routes and coordinate delivery timing with customers.
Support delivery scheduling and coordinate assignments with colleagues and transport providers.
Monitor delivery progress and resolve delays, failed deliveries and other operational issues.
Obtain proof of delivery and maintain accurate delivery and collection records.
Handle returns, redeliveries and urgent delivery requests.
Assist with packing, labelling, dispatch preparation and stock checks.
Perform basic vehicle checks, report defects and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Carry out other duties directly related to logistics and delivery operations.
Working Arrangements
Regular driving and deliveries to multiple locations across Singapore.
Weekend and evening/night shifts are required as part of the roster.
Start and finish times vary according to scheduled delivery assignments.
Rest days are rostered and may fall on weekdays.
Regular loading, unloading and physical handling of goods are required, with appropriate equipment and assistance where necessary.
Requirements
Relevant delivery or logistics operations experience is preferred.
Able to carry out deliveries, collections and goods handling safely.
Able to organise routes, follow schedules and work independently.
Familiar with smartphone navigation and delivery-record applications.
Reliable, punctual and able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Available to work weekend and evening/night shifts.
