Job Summary
Support project tendering and execution by performing measurement and pricing, coordinating meetings with clients and consultants, managing subcontractor and supplier relations, and maintaining accurate costing records.
Responsibilities
Perform measurement and pricing for tenders on company projects to support accurate bidding
Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth progress claims and variation orders
Participate in weekly site meetings to monitor subcontractor and supplier work completion according to contract terms
Tabulate and maintain detailed costing records by site in a master file at the headquarter office
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quotations and pricing remain within project budgets
Execute additional tasks and assignments as directed by superiors to support project goals
