Roles & Responsibilities
You don’t need a perfect pitch on day one. You do need to be willing to practise.
Royal Organisation is looking for individuals who want to strengthen their communication skills through face-to-face sales. You’ll learn to start conversations, explain client offerings and respond to customer questions with guidance from your team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Represent clients at event sites and outdoor campaign locations.
Introduce products, services or causes to potential customers.
Listen to customer questions and communicate relevant information.
Support interested customers through sign-up.
Work towards sales targets and improve your approach through feedback.
What We Offer
Training provided — no previous sales experience required.
Individual coaching to develop presentation and customer engagement skills.
