Full Time INSTALLATION - SERVICE TECHNICIAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in DGS Solution Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Technician to join our team!

The role involves installing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting security systems such as Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Networking Systems.

The candidate will also be required to attend site work, provide technical support, and ensure all assigned tasks are completed properly and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems.
• Perform wiring, cabling, equipment setup, and basic electrical and electronic works at project sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty equipment or system components, and recommend suitable solutions where necessary.
• Conduct site inspections, perform routine maintenance and attend to ad-hoc service requests when required.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring project progress, installation activities, and maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Submit service reports, maintenance reports, installation records, and other relevant technical documentation upon job completion.
• Ensure all work complies with company procedures, technical specifications, customer requirements, and safety standards while maintaining good communication with supervisors, team members, and customers.
• Provide technical support to the team and perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of relevant working experience; OR Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Networking, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, cabling, networking, and installation of Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Networking Systems.
• Possess a valid Class D driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites, including outstation locations.
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on technical work, including equipment installation, cable pulling, and working at heights when required.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with good problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
