Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies and business development plans to achieve the company's revenue targets.

2. Identify new business opportunities, potential customers and strategic partnerships within the beauty and wellness industry.

3. Lead, supervise and coordinate the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales activities.

4. Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and prepare regular sales reports for management.

5. Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to strengthen customer relationships and improve business performance.

6. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives and sales activities to increase brand awareness and revenue.

7. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business partners and key customers.

8. Manage sales budgets, forecast revenue and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

9. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the company's business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sales management in the same industry.

• Proven experience in developing sales strategies and managing sales teams.

• Strong leadership, negotiation and business development skills.

• Good understanding of the beauty, skincare or wellness industry.

• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
