Full Time HR Executive (Industrial Relations) Jobs, in VHR Consultancy Federal Territory - Maukerja

Client

We are looking for an agile and adaptable HR professional (skilled in Industrial Relations) to join a US-based MNC in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial & Employee Relations (Main): Manage IR/ER matters, including disciplinary cases, employee grievances, investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with local employment laws.
• HR Generalist (Minor): Support day-to-day HR operations and general HR matters.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) supporting different business units in a matrix reporting environment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide practical HR advice to support business needs.

Requirements

1. Strong hands-on experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER), with a solid understanding of Malaysian employment laws. Experience handling employee disciplinary matters, investigations, grievances, and other ER activities.
2. Exposure / knowledge of general HR functions.
3. Comfortable working in a matrix environment and collaborating with multiple HRBPs and business stakeholders.
4. Good communication, agile and adaptable to a dynamic working environment.
