Responsibilities
Minimum
3 years of experience in L2 Production application Support.
Linux / Unix:
Processes, filesystem, permissions, resources, shell commands and connectivity checks.
Java / JVM :
Application startup, JVM parameters, configuration, logs and process/thread troubleshooting.
Database / SQL:
SQL investigation, transaction state analysis and controlled data validation.
Logs & monitoring:
Timestamp and correlation-ID analysis, alert interpretation and end-to-end tracing.
API / integration:
REST/HTTP concepts, status codes, timeouts and upstream/downstream diagnosis.
Hands-on experience supporting Java/Cobol based applications.
Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a production support environment and handle priority incidents.
Good communication and coordination skills.
