Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the commercial and cost management of civil construction and infrastructure projects in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare project cost estimates, budgets and cost reports.
Evaluate subcontractors' quotations, progress claims and variation claims.
Perform quantity take-offs and measurements.
Prepare progress payment claims, variation orders and final accounts.
Assist in contract negotiations and contractual administration.
Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget control.
Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.
Support the overall commercial management of infrastructure projects.
