Full Time Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in ESM Machinery (KL) Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.

Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Confident, outgoing and comfortable communicating with customers.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales and business development.

Good follow-up, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Willing to learn and develop sales knowledge.

Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Previous sales or B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential.

Must be able to work full-time on-site in Balakong, Selangor.

Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, networking and other channels.

Follow up with new enquiries, leads and existing customers to generate sales.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Present and explain our products and services clearly to potential customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Provide good customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers from initial enquiry through to order confirmation.

Assist with pricing and commercial negotiations with guidance from the Sales Manager.

Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and lead-generation activities.

Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
