Temis Luxury provides last-mile delivery service for Luxury Maison clients across Europe and Asia, extending the customer experience through prompt delivery. We promise delivery within 2 hours to ensure exceptional service.
Job Summary
Manage end-to-end shipment planning and tracking to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries for luxury clients. Coordinate with vendors and warehouses while resolving logistics challenges to maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Plan and track shipments from origin to final delivery to ensure on-time arrival
Coordinate effectively with vendors, transporters, and warehouses to streamline logistics processes
Ensure timely deliveries by proactively managing schedules and mitigating delays
Handle all shipment documentation including invoices and permits accurately to comply with regulations
Resolve last-minute logistics issues promptly to avoid disruptions
Communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and problem resolution
Use Excel and basic logistics tools to manage data and track shipment progress
Maintain composure and teamwork under pressure to support operational success
Contact point for last-mile deliveries
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or related certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred but not mandatory
Additional certifications related to logistics are a plus
