Job Description - Operation Executive

Primary Focus: Tank Reconciliation & Stock Monitoring

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and perform daily tank reconciliation to ensure accurate stock balance and tank movements.
• Check and verify tank readings, density, temperature, dip, receiving, transfer, and loading quantities.
• Monitor daily stock levels and provide accurate stock updates for HQ.
• Monitoring, month-end closing, and shipment planning.
• Manage and coordinate collection planning with suppliers and transporters according to tank capacity and stock requirements.
• Monitor and control transporter arrangements, including collection schedules, tanker availability, and delivery status.
• Coordinate daily receiving and unloading activities to ensure smooth site operations.
• Arrange and monitor boiler fuel and diesel supply according to operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, suppliers, transporters, and HQ
• regarding operational and stock-related matters.
• Verify operational documents such as weighbridge tickets, delivery orders, invoices, and collection records.
• Follow up on quantity discrepancies, delayed collections, transport issues, and other operational matters.
• Prepare daily and monthly operation reports and reconciliation summaries.
• Assist in month-end stock closing, audit preparation, and operational documentation.
• Ensure all operations are carried out according to company procedures, safety requirements, and operational schedules.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
