Job Description

• Position Title: Project Admin Coordinator (Construction)
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + VB + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the project and safety teams.
• Monitor and update project schedules, manpower records, and project-related information.
• Prepare and submit personnel name lists and other required project documents.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and site-related activities.
• Assist with stock records and logistics documentation.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of project documents and reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
