Responsibilities
Sales Territory Allocation and Sales Targets
The employee shall be responsible for marketing and selling the Company's range of robotic cleaning equipment and ride-on cleaning machines.
The employee's sales territory and product assignments shall be determined by Management according to the Company's business and operational requirements. The Company may review and make reasonable adjustments to territory allocations or product assignments as business needs evolve.
Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the employee shall be assigned a monthly sales target. The Company may review and revise the sales target periodically, taking into consideration relevant business objectives, market conditions, and sales performance requirements. Any applicable changes shall be communicated to the employee.
